Reservations should be made at least 14 days prior to the desired date.

1. Submit an Anna ISD Facility Request Form.
a. Submit Online Facility Usage Request Form or
b. Print a copy of the Facility Usage Form and submit to AISD Administration office.
2. Upon approval, the date will be held pending deposit.
3. A representative from Facilities will contact you to coordinate details.
4. Submit deposit to Anna ISD and sign the Facility Usage Agreement.
5. Reservation will be confirmed after deposit and signed Agreement are received.
Scheduling Non-school Events in Anna ISD Facilities
The items listed below are required for contract approval:
- A completed Anna ISD Facility User Application
- A copy of the organization's insurance policy in the name of the organization listing Anna ISD as additionally insured and/or the certificate holder
- All non-profit organizations must include a notarized Non-Profit Charitable Organization Exemption Form
